The Selby Piper 131 is a single-seater racer designed for events, challenges, and competitions. An extreme sport with the ambition to take the ground effect technology to the limits. The aim is to further the technology and entertain.
The SP131 has a pure soviet era ekranoplan influence and as with the SP 50, material and propulsion technologies aim to contribute massively to furthering possibilities in this area of ground effect. Added motorsport road and water vehicle safety features, as well as a controlled environment, aim to ensure safety to the maximum.
