XYZ FARM HP VESA MOUNTS
I founded XYZ Farm in 2020 as a privately owned business specializing in on-demand consumer goods produced in the U.S. using additive manufacturing. Each product is crafted with 3D printing technology, an eco-friendly and sustainable approach to manufacturing plastic-based items.
With the rise of remote work, people increasingly converted their living spaces into functional workspaces. As VESA arms became popular, many needed custom adaptors to attach their monitors. By reverse-engineering various monitor mounts, I developed custom brackets that enable secure attachment to VESA arms. Instead of using 3D printers built for large-scale production, I work with consumer models that have been significantly modified for commercial use. This approach allows for high-strength, on-demand mounts without offshore manufacturing, making the process fully sustainable.
In less than a year, XYZ Farm has sold over 20,000 units, with sales through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and an online shop.
